Privacy policy

   What you send us

   Your pitch deck PDF, its file name, and any context you choose to add (company name, sector, location, stage, target raise, revenue, customers and team size).

   What we do with it

   • Your deck and context are sent, server-side, to Anthropic's Claude API to write your report. Anthropic processes them under its commercial terms, does not use them to train its models, and keeps them only for a limited period under its data-retention policy.
   • The report is sent back to your browser.

   What we keep

   Nothing from your deck. SIDEKICK does not store your deck, its contents or your report. The report is held only in your browser tab until you close it. To limit misuse we keep a short-lived count of analyses per network, keyed by a one-way hash of your IP address, which expires within a day.

   Do not upload confidential information

   Please don't upload decks containing confidential, trade-secret, patent-pending or special-category personal data, or personal data about people who haven't agreed to it being shared.
