1. 1

   Educational feedback only

Scout is an educational tool from SIDEKICK Venture Studio. It gives AI-generated feedback on a pitch deck to help founders see their deck as an investor might.
2. 2

   AI can be wrong

The report is written by an AI model from the deck and the details you give. It can misread slides, miss context or be wrong. Scores are indicative and are not verified due diligence.
3. 3

   No financial or investment advice

Nothing in a Scout report is financial, investment, legal, tax or commercial advice.
4. 4

   No guarantee of investment

Using Scout is not an application for funding from SIDEKICK Venture Studio. A report, score or studio-fit view is not an offer of investment or support.
